Sometimes in life we may need help from someone outside of our family and friends. Counselling and psychotherapy can help you find some hope, answers, healing, calm and meaning when experiencing struggles or dilemmas.
I am an accredited integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner, which means I work from various approaches to help people find a way to manage the feelings, thoughts and sensations of uncertainty, panic, void, conflict and anxiety, life can make us feel at times.
The first session will be spent looking at why you have decided to seek support along with your needs and expectations of counselling and how I can help. If you decide you would like to continue we can discuss and agree to further sessions. Therapy usually takes place once a week at an agreed time and day and the sessions are 50 minutes in duration; I am able to support people both short and long term.
Sessions can be in person, online or by telephone.
I work in a warm, confidential and non-judgmental manner and I believe by us working together, counselling can help you heal, find purpose and move forward. So if you would like to consider therapy, why not contact me to discuss further and we can go from there.
